And only by continuing this legacy will we keep your business in the future. For proof of our on-going dedication to excellence, we point to our new web-based customer interface launching in 2011. This breakthrough program promises to be the most advanced oil analysis management interface in the industry. It offers a whole new level of access and freedom; giving customers full and unprecedented control of their oil analysis program. Other new advancements include the upgrade of our Quality Program to ISO 17025 and the introduction of our ultra clean, vacuum-activated SureSample^® collection container.
